A limited number of dignitaries and guests, formally invited by RFC Participating Organizations, will be allowed to stand near the City of Duarte/City of Hope float during final judging. Information about mass transportation and parking will be included on the invitation.
Duarte in Bronze Guided

for the physically handicapped. This is the only one of the Rose Parade
decorating sites at which guided tours are available. For
more information, or group tours call (626)

Fiesta Parade Floats They have created eighteen years of Rose Parade magic,
and more than 130 prize-winning floats. Fiesta has won the Sweepstakes
Trophy of the Tournament of Roses for 13 consecutive years.
Viewing Hours Get a head start on Rose
Parade excitement with a visit to the Buena Vista Pavilion, decorating
home of Fiesta Parade Floats, the Tournament's leading
award-winning float builder.
Return to top In addition to the Buena Vista Pavilion,
floats are decorated at three sites in Pasadena. They are: the Rose Palace,
835 South Raymond Avenue; Rosemont
Pavilion, 700 Seco Street; and Brookside Tent,
west side of Rose Bowl Stadium.
Viewing hours at these other locations are: Information at (626) 449-7673. Here is a map of the four sites at
which floats are decorated. Your admission fee covers either two
visits to the Buena Vista Pavilion, or one visit to Buena Vista
plus a visit to one of the others in Pasadena. Ride Foothill
Transit directly to the Buena Vista Pavilion.
The
citizens of Duarte are currently raising funds to commemorate the 200th
birthday of Andres Duarte, our City's founder, who received a land
grant in 1841. Pins showing the proposed bronze equestrian statue
of Andres Duarte will be available at the Buena Vista Pavilion.
A web site---
Duarte in Bronze---describes our project in more detail. We welcome participation from anyone
interested in local and California history.
