About the Duarte Community Coordinating Council
The DCCC is a non-profit organization whose membership is open to any non-profit group headquartered in or near the City of Duarte. From 1997 to 2007 the DCCC managed the Rose Float Concessions (RFC), a non-profit enterprise supported by our members that provided goods and services to the visitors of the Duarte Buena Vista Pavilion, where many Rose Parade floats were constructed. Funds raised at the event were shared among our participating members.

Volunteer efforts of DCCC benefit the local non-profit organizations of Duarte. This reflects the purpose of the DCCC as written in our by-laws:

Our purpose is to encourage the voluntary cooperation of organizations, agencies and individuals interested in making the community a better place to live.
